Digital Dentures
Tired of the limitations of traditional dentures? Digital dentures are a cutting-edge solution for a smile that's both comfortable and confident.
What Are Digital Dentures?
Unlike traditional dentures that are crafted by hand, digital dentures utilize advanced technology for unparalleled precision..
Digital Impressions: Your mouth, impression, or current denture is scanned with a specialized 3D scanner, capturing every detail for a perfect fit.
Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Using specialized software, your Denturist designs your dentures on-screen, customizing the shape, size, and tooth placement for optimal function and aesthetics.
Precision Manufacturing: Digital dentures are either milled based on the design. This process delivers a level of accuracy far surpassing traditional methods.

Unmatched Fit & Comfort
3D scanning and milling ensure a precise fit, eliminating the discomfort and slipping associated with conventional dentures.
While traditional dentures shrink when injecting acrylic, digital dentures are over 10x more accurate than a human hair.
Long-Lasting Durability
The materials we mill our dentures from create a denture that is twice as strong a traditional denture, helping it resist wear and tear.
And because the teeth are securely bonded to the base, the entire denture becomes more resistant to breakage, chipping, and discoloration, ensuring its longevity and aesthetics.
Peace of Mind
Traditional dentures take weeks to make because they are hand-made and the models used to create these dentures are destroyed in the process. That means a new denture takes just as long as the first one to make.
With digital dentures, a digital record of your initial denture means we can recreate your denture quickly any time.
How Are Digital Dentures Made?
A digital denture is a denture created with a milling machine or 3D printer. A digital denture starts with a 3D scan of a mouth or denture. After the scan is complete, a digital file of the restoration is created and the denture is 3D printed or milled.

“Thank you for introducing me to a digital denture as I am incredibly impressed by the solid feel in my mouth. I am able to eat nuts and steak without my denture moving in mouth. This denture is solid and stays in place no matter what I chew. I am totally impressed as it has been several dentures along the way and while my old dentures always moved when I attempted to chew anything difficult like steak and nuts; I am now solid as it possibly could be without your own teeth. Thank you to Minuk Denture Clinic for exceptional service all around.”
